Cancel Pro Subscription

If you had a thought on cancelling pro subscription on chatrace platform, then you need to contact our customer support team.

Reach our customer support by clicking on the “?” sign on top right corner and then select “Contact Support”option

Our support agent will reach you and they will ask the page id that you need to cancel the pro subscription.

Then you will get notified once the subscription gets cancelled.
